Former Xbox Japan honcho Takashi Sensui has joined Tokyo-based game company Marvelous as Executive Vice President, Nikkei reports. Previously, Sensui had returned to the U.S. to work at Microsoft after Xbox Japan went pear-shaped.

On a related tangent, what is the status of Xbox in Japan? His leaving was literally the last big news to come out of that division. I can’t find any new numbers since your last update in January. Is it just done? Because I really don’t see how they’re going to ‘recover’ on this one.
