Box Scores: And Manning Still Didn't Get Hurt

Peyton Manning horrified fantasy owners when his untouched, 27-yard bootleg ended in a slide at the goal line, apparently to avoid injury, against the Raida Organization. Here his backup - is it Barry Sanders in disguise? - finishes the job.

Here's Curtis Painter - who had all of a 1.5 per-carry average at Purdue - disappearing into a cloud of tacklers and emerging, still chugging, still with enough fight in him to shed three Raida Organization defenders at the 10-yard line. Reader Mobpolitics, who sent this in, said it was a garbage-time call, with Painter in to take a 3rd-and-1 quarterback sneak because he didn't want Manning hurt.
