...and, according to Limited Run Games, that was offered AFTER legal proceedings had already started- too little too late. According to them there are several developers out there with horror stories about these folks and there are other legal proceedings that have started- so more will likely come out in the future.

Seeing how Limited Run works with so many different companies, I tend to believe that their take is far more accurate. With the business they’re in and it relies heavily on relationships, there’s little reason to burn bridges just to burn bridges.
