Nosgoth, the bizarre Legacy of Kain multiplayer spin-off, is being shut down, Square Enix announced today. Even though I’ve been reminded several times now, I’m always surprised to learn Psyonix, the developers behind Rocket League, were working on it. The game will turn off on May 31.

Microsoft’s announced Outland and Gunstar Heroes are now available on Xbox One, thanks to backwards compatibility. Most people didn’t play Outland, but that game’s totally bad ass, and you should change that ASAP. Read more

Square Enix says we shouldn’t expect a PC version of Final Fantasy XV anytime soon, according to an interview at Engadget. Once the console version is done, the developers will “take a good, hard look at PC and what we need to do, and consider all [their] options.”
