It’s been kinda nice seeing new faces on Balmung. I went over to Brynhildr the other day and met some neat people. I prefer Balmung and am happy to call it my home though :)  Read more

My main character is on Coeurl and visiting Balmung was very interesting! There were so many people in Ul’dah and the chat was very busy in every city state zone. After about 20 minutes I scuttled back to the piece and quiet of my home world. The whole visit system is awesome. Read more

As one of the omnicrafters on Balmung that regularly makes Rakshasa gear..I can definitely say this world visit thing has been a blessing for me. So I have no complaints in that regard!

As a roleplayer though it’s kind of a shame to see people bust in and make the server the meme that it is. Didn’t really see a lot of Read more

This made me so happy. Before seeing your articles about Skies it was a game I always told people was one of my favorites of all time but no one had ever heard of or played it. It's so nice to see it had an effect on people like it did me. And now I want a SoA tattoo!  Read more

Really enjoyed Skies (GCN). Never actually finished it. I ran into some optional superboss that destroyed me every time. I started grinding to see if I could beat the dude, but I ended up getting a new job or moving or both. Wouldn’t mind jumping back on it. Read more

I’ll just leave this here for those who are grinding for the car/mount.

I just wanted a Front Mission game. With turn based squad mech combat. Or real time action combat, if it’s done well. Is that too much to ask for? Read more

This game seemed so interesting but the entire stealth mechanic that the game rests on seems inferior to every other game on the market. Hopefully with a casual mode people will get to experience the narrative at least. Read more

I loved the fight. I was surprised at how much easier the rematch was later on. Read more

Yeah, this is difficult to disagree with. The Guardian Ape is one of the more varied bosses both in terms of approach and in relation to the greater narrative. Not a bad pick as far as these things go. And it’s a tough one considering Sekiro as a whole has fantastic bosses. Read more

Dragon’s Dogma is a superior action game that holds up well today. I’ve done three playthroughs, putting well over 200 hours into it. I don’t do that often. Read more
