it’s also clearly ripped off from Raymond Pettibon, the original piece is from Black Flag’s Police Story and it does not have the police badge with the homophobic geek speak on it.   Read more

Good on Ubi for removing it :) I know it was included on accident but I’m still happy it was removed and appreciate how they handled it.  Read more

I just gave the umbrella in it’s base form a try and ruthlessly murdered the master swordsman in the dojo of the top floor of Ashina castle, the guy with the ridiculously fast draw attack. The umbrella parry wrecked his posture after two attacks and then the fight was over (x2). I can’t wait to upgrade it. Read more

It’s insane how widespread this issue is. The author had it happen, I’ve had 3 friends have it happen, there are numerous people in the comments that have had it happen. This should probably be brought to more attention to Microsoft... They really should do something about it.. Read more

I have had two Elite controllers break in that exact same manner. Both around the 6th month mark. Most of my friends who have had the controllers for more than 6 months have also run into this issue. I am still shocked that Microsoft has not addressed it whatsoever.

This is a huge problem with the Elite controllers. I have had the shoulder buttons break on 3 of them. Microsoft replaced one but it happened again a few months later. I love this. The LttP randomizer breathed new life into the game and allowed me to play it in a way that I thought I’d never get to experience again. The renewed mystery of wondering when I would find a certain item, and the thrill of suddenly being able to access another area does wonders for replayability. I look Read more

My favorite randomizers to watch are the multiworld OOT where there are multiple people all playing the same giant logic puzzle. One player may find light arrows on their world for another player and it is given to them in their game via some fancy Lua scripting. So much fun! Read more

At least in the section I was sitting in, the fanfest reaction was certainly more negative than positive as more information was being detailed (especially combined with the server shattering that’s still coming) Read more

I’m also having a blast with Blue Mage at the moment. It’ll probably get old quickly, what with the 50 cap making it useless even for normal open world things like farming and hunts and such, but for now it’s new and different and weird and unbalanced as hell, and that’s unusual and exciting for this game.

I think I’ve tried to pick up the old school Metal Gear games several times, particularly after the Metal Gear Solid games really grabbed my interest, but they were too dated for me by then. I struggle with “retro” in games and inevitably got bored 5 minutes in. Read more
