Ordinarily I don’t like to belabor technical issues, but today’s daylong outage of our image server postpones one of our most popular features: The Kotaku ‘Shop Contest roundup. I swear this is just a postponement – not a cancellation.
Unfortunately, it also potentially affects tomorrow’s Sunday Comics and other features. Trust us that we have, yes, top … men … working on it right now.
This is why nearly every post today has carried a video of some sort on the front page. That at least still works, and given the choice between illustrating a post with a video, and no illustration at all, we’ll take the former.
