They are calling it "Don't Be the Next," and the ad-wizards behind NBA 2006 are taking pages straight from the old SportsCenter commercials with their ad-campaign for the title. The campaign features a trio of "former" NBA players and some coaches and players talking about them. The clips found on the website are mini-mockumentaries. There's a point guard who can't shoot, a giant Russian with no game, and my favorite, the Kurt Rambis look-a-like (see image) who is obsessed with defense and the spirituality of basketball.
