Pac-Man imagined as a movie is a joke that predates such schtickery as Space Invaders and Asteroids getting real-life deals. This one’s worth a look, with Pac presented as an unethical pharmaceutical executive subjected to ironic torture reminiscent of “Saw.”
This production comes courtesy of Therefore Productions, which put an 11-person crew and three-person cast on the task, so it’s got some strong production values. Obviously, don’t look for this in a theater near you anytime soon.
