The Oculus Rift by lonesome is never enough for some people. Above is a video of a woman trying out a crazy virtual reality installation that involves motion capture, guns, and a computer backpack.
The company is called Zero Latency, and they're running a crowdfunding campaign for a VR game experience (as in, not the kind of thing you can play at home) where you fight waves of zombies. Here's a video where you can see the player's view as well as what he's doing. Call of Duty it ain't:
While it definitely doesn't look like the most exciting game I've ever seen, some of the tech they built seems pretty nifty. I'm not buying a ticket to Australia for it though.
