Continuing EA's slow screenshot walkthrough of the stages of evolution in Will Wright's Spore, we now take a look at the Tribal Stage. In this stage the game slips even deeper into RTS waters, with you controlling a herd of whatever it was you ended up with after the Creature Phase of evolution. Your creatures hunt, gather, fish, and use your foodstuffs to barter for tools, forging and breaking allegiances with other tribes using super powers determined by how you played the Cell and Creature phases.
Once your tribe comes out on top it's time to move on to the Civilization phase of development, which I am sure we'll be hearing more about in the coming weeks. For now, check out these screens of tribes doing their thing.
