Lunch time conversation: What makes a hamburger a hamburger? Is it the burger or the hamburger buns? Meaning, if you put a hamburger patty on sandwich bread and not buns, what is it? Is it a burger? What about if you put a patty on, say, an English muffin? We're talking serious hamburger essence here.
