Watch the World's Coolest Math Teacher Troubleshoot a Haunted PC

This man is unarguably the greatest math teacher in the history of math teachers. Or at least the greatest at pulling off large-scale video projector pranks that leave you laughing, stunned, and a little bit awed.

This isn't Biola University professor Matt Weathers' first outing with a stunt like this; his Halloween lecture last year was similarly tricked out:

At the rate Professor Weathers is raising the bar, I fully expect next year's lecture to be of Super Bowl halftime proportions. Start planning now, doc! [biotv via The Daily What]

Meh, not really what I'd call the "greatest math teacher ever".

Entertaining, sure.... but putting together an entertaining OS commentary does not a good math teacher make. Just as neither Demitri Martin nor Justin Long would be the "greatest math teacher ever" either.

I'm just saying a truly great math teacher...teaches math, and makes learning it fun.

That said, my high-school trig teacher actually was the greatest ever. He independently taught calculus to the kids whom he recognized already understood trig, and at the same time successfully dealt with and taught trig to the pot-heads who barely passed algebra.

All the while was entertaining in his own crazy war-vet kind of way.

If the prof in the vid wants to be truly great, he'd incorporate his video-editing effects skills into his actual lectures. :-)
