While American consumers sweat it out awaiting an official US price for Tony Hawk: Ride (unofficial, we've got), Activision have announced both a release date and a price for the UK. And one of those two things is not pretty.
The game will be out on November 20 in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and if you're at all interested, you can pick up a copy for the levy price of £100. Which as of August 6 equates to $170.

$170! We know stuff costs more in the UK, but boy, that's a lot of clams for a skateboarding game and a plastic controller.

In an attempt to soften the blow, retailer GAME will be offering a fancy black & red version of the skateboard peripheral, which you can see below.
