Spotted in Tompkins Square Park, NYC at the Halloween Dog Parade, this cutie wagged his tail (or nose?) with increasing ferventness. He looks a little violated, though, when he turns around and notices these random people, including nycpackrat, staring at his butt. It’s cause you have such a cute butt, puppy.
