This is bukkake udon. That's what it's called! If you go to a restaurant and order bukkake udon, you will get something like this. Not exactly this, but like it. In its purest sense, bukkake means something like "splash" or "slosh", and this is a dish of cold udon over which broth is splashed. I have added kimchi, sliced cucumbers and mushrooms.
It's, like I said, totally delicious! And probably my favorite meal at the moment.
