The website for upcoming MMO Final Fantasy XIV has gone live with detailed descriptions about the game's character races and images of regions.
The in-game regions are Ul'dah, Gridania and Limsa Lominsa. There is detailed info about fishing and shipbuilding area Limsa Lominsa. Info about the other two regions is forthcoming.
The PS3 and PC title is being directed by Nobuaki Komoto (Final Fantasy XI) with a score by famed game composer Nobuo Uematsu.
