A new South Park game awaits just over the horizon, along with WWE 2K18 and another Gran Turismo-lite.
But while these games will no doubt dominate most people’s conversations (except for the Nintendo kids who will once again see some of their favorite characters crammed into a hack’n slash blender), I’ve got my eyes on ELEX, the sci-fi action RPG from Piranha Bytes and THQ Nordic best known during development for trying to piggy back off of as many buzzwords as possible. Whether it turns out good or bad, I’m sure it will be a blast to dissect, at least until October’s end-of-month blitz.
