Whenever the time changes back to standard time, that first week I always sleep a ton. I've had two 10 hour sleep days since the change.
What's weird, though, is that I find myself waking up, feeding the cat, getting some water, and then going back to sleep intent on continuing my dream, which lately have had some interesting narrative arcs. I can't remember them now of course, but they've been full of intrigue, set in my hometown, with family members involved.
It's like pausing the DVR in my head and getting up to take a leak.
