Dressed as Attack on Titan character Sasha Braus, the kid (and what looks like a parent!) recently attended the Fancy Frontier comic and cosplay event in Taiwan.

Dear Parents,

I've mentioned this before, but your children are not toys or dress-up dolls for your amusement. Dressing a kid up as a character in a Mature anime where people are regularly devoured whole is NOT appropriate. It means that either you are letting your tike watch something they shouldn't, or your kid has zero involvement in their costume and you are using them as aforementioned dress-up doll.
