The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening Available Today on 3DS eShop

In The Legend of Zelda's 25th anniversary year, Nintendo has plans for Zelda games on all of its platforms, series creator Shigeru Miyamoto said today at the company's E3 keynote. The first, The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening will be available today for download from the recently launched 3DS eShop.

The game will be available as the first tile in the Game Boy Color Virtual Console lineup on the 3DS eShop. Miyamoto said the game would be available worldwide by the end of the day.

Ill get lots of shit for it, but Link's Awakening to me is still the best Zelda game ever. It's fucking great. Too bad stuff like this never gets a remake, yet other crappier but more popular stuff does.
