I might be jumping the gun presuming all this, but the most interesting thing about this clip is that it seems to show a great deal about the events of Fatal Fury (the man in the plaid shirt fighting Geese could possibly be Jeff Bogard, the adoptive father of Terry and Andy), which suggests that SNK wants to officially consolidate its franchises under one timeline (KOF having been long acknowledged to be running on a separate timeline apart from both the Fatal Fury and Art of Fighting franchises).

It’ll be interesting where Art of Fighting fits into this, since its story elements place the series prior to that of Fatal Fury (AoF2's ultimate boss is a much younger Geese Howard). And it also seems to imply that the King of Fighters tournament itself (originally the brainchild of Geese, the tournaments in both FF and AoF are actually King of Fighters tournaments), might have been influenced by the Orochi from the start.
