Well, this exists.
As Coming Soon reports, DHX Media Ltd. and Dentsu Entertainment USA, Inc. are developing a new Mega Man animated series. It’s slated for 2017 to mark the series 30th anniversary. The series will follow Mega Man’s new alter-ego, Aki Light, who is a school boy robot outfitted with super armor.
The above Mega Man is how the character will apparently appear on the show (Capcom also posted it on its Unity Blog).
