PlayStation 3 owners can get their hands on this summer’s Infamous 2 early with the game’s newly announced beta. Developer Sucker Punch is desperately seeking beta testers, passionate people who can bang away at the game’s user generated mission design component

Interested parties (based in the U.S.) can sign up for Infamous 2’s “limited release beta” starting today, a chance to start crafting missions for Cole MacGrath before anyone else. It’s also an opportunity to have your custom made missions playable by the world the day the game ships. Registration is now open at Infamous 2’s official site and ends next Monday.
PS3 owners in Europe will get access to the beta through PlayStation Plus
