This would have been a much quicker way of resolving battles than all those hours of hacking and maiming and screaming.

OK, so maybe this isn’t the most historically accurate representation of melee combat, but it is one of the most enjoyable. It’s by Nicholas King, aka Nickels, a CG artist at creative studio Optix.
