The Father of the PlayStation Finally Retires

Ken Kutaragi, creator of the PlayStation, retired from his position as Honorary Chairman of Sony Computer Entertainment on June 28, Sony revealed in an official statement. [Sony (PDF)]


He was a mad genius, sadly given too much rope with which he hung himself. But still, his legacy and standing in video games will stand a better stead than that messy business and just think, we have Nintendo to thank for unwittingly creating Sony Computer Entertainment.
