Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

We’ll likely never get another Indiana Jones movie as good as Raiders of the Lost Ark. But The Great Circle, developed by Machine Games, shows another option for Indy fans longing for big-budgeted new adventures: Video games. And while Great Circle is hardly the first Indy game, it’s easily the best, providing the action you’d expect, but also giving Indy plenty of time to explore caves, ruins, and other locations and use his brain to solve puzzles and find clues. Oh, and it’s sort of an im-sim like Dishonored, letting you sneak around and use various tools to complete quests however you desire. And Troy Baker is perfect as Indy, helping sell the highly detailed digital Harrison Ford that stars in this excellent first-person action-puzzler. — Zack Zwiezen

A Good Match For: Im-sim lovers, Indy fans, and people who like punching Nazis.
