Not quite the villain I remember from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics.
In ADHD’s version, instead being the fearless leader of the Foot Clan, the Turtles’ main antagonist is a sad, trike-riding bully, who had enough and realized he won’t be happy with only insane friends around.
