The Division’s open beta is now live on Xbox One, a day before PC and PS4. Several of you had asked if your progress from the closed beta carried over. Not for me. The game had me start a new character. The beta adds a new mission involving flamethrower enemies and makes several other tweaks.

The Division is getting another beta this month, Ubisoft announced today. This time, it’ll be open to everyone. It’ll be live from February 19-21 on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. (Like last time, Xbox players can start 24 hours early, on February 18.)

In an apparent delay, Ubisoft is now describing its third-person shooter The Division as a “fourth quarter” release. Given that their company’s financial year ends in March, that would peg the game for sometime between January 1 and March 31, 2016.
