Sony announced it has shipped 3.9 million PlayStation 4 consoles in the July-September 2016 quarter, compared with 4 million the same time last year. That brings the grand total to 47.4 million consoles shipped. 

Sony is launching Gold and Silver DualShock 4s in Japan. Each is priced at 6,480 yen (US$62) and will be out December 15. No word on an international release. 

Steins;Gate 0 will finally release in North America on November 29. The visual novel will be available next month on PS4 and Vita according to a post on the PlayStation blog by localization lead, Adam Lensenmayer. The game is a sequel to Steins;Gate. Initial impressions of The Division’s game-overhauling 1.4 patch: So, I bumped the new “world tier” global difficulty level up to three (of four), and the second grunt I killed dropped an orange item. Not bad.

Both Kindgom Hearts Remix releases are coming to PlayStation 4 on March 28. That’s six Kingdom Hearts games on one disc. Square Enix also announced that Kingdom Hearts hero Sora would be added to World of Final Fantasy as free DLC this winter.

Be very afraid, The Amnesia Collection arrives on PlayStation 4 November 22. Collecting Amnesia: The Dark Descent, the Amnesia: Justine DLC and sequel Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, the horror compilation should have been released in time for Halloween. Maybe they just forgot.
