The Bat-computer is listing all of the crimes that the Joker has been convicted of. Torture... unlicensed dentistry... arson... even improper labeling of meat products. That bastard.
It’s quite the list and one of the fun optional audio logs that players can access in Rocksteady’s new game. The bit of Joker voice-acting you hear is by Mark Hamill. It’s not much, but, hey, it’s more lines than he got in the last Star Wars.
