Here’s the first 20 minutes of Gears of War 4's campaign. It’s got scripted action, roadie running, Lancers, grunting, and very detailed explosions. Looks like the Gears of yesteryear(s), but with more hardware muscle behind it. If that’s what you were hoping for, this video will probably make you pretty happy.

Gears of War 4's new Horde 3.0 mode looks sick thanks to new classes, enemy types, maps, and even vehicles (!). It’s been too long since we’ve had a Gears game with this type of co-op goodness, eh?

Gears of War 4 is getting a beta next month. It’ll start on April 18 for those of you who bought the Gears of War Ultimate Edition; for other Xbox Live members, it’ll go live on April 25. More details over on the Xbox Wire.

Microsoft just surprise-launched the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition for PC. It’ll cost you $30 and requires Window 10. You can get it on the Microsoft Store.

Gears of War Ultimate Edition is coming to PC. The Coalition studio head Rod Fergusson announced a PC version of the game tonight during the PC Game Show at E3 2015. Fergusson could not comment on the chances of Gears 4 coming to PC as well at this time.
