Jim Rugg, the man behind the comic book series Street Angel and the hilarious graphic novel Afrodisiac, created a special Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 t-shirt for Comic-Con that teases two familiar new fighters coming to Capcom's cross-world brawler.

After yesterday's Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 trailer clearly showed his silhouette, the addition of Viewtiful Joe to the cast of the game comes as no surprise. And the dread Dormammu? We spotted him in the game's first official image, so again, not a real surprise. Just a step closer to real confirmation.

All we can do now is sit back and wait for Capcom to make them official, while begging Michael McWhertor to pick me up one of those shirts in a double extra-large. Here's the front of the shirt, for reference:

And while we're talking Jim Rugg, go and check out Afrodisiac. It's a 96-page hardcover graphic novel that retails for $14.95, featuring select stories from the history of fictional comic book character Afrodisiac. He's the John Shaft of comics. The ladies love him, the cops fear him, and Richard Nixon will never forgive him for stealing his hot alien girlfriend.

Update: As ShinoBoy points out in comments, a trailer came out during E3 showing Dormammu in full, that we somehow missed. How odd. Here is that trailer:

I'm gonna main Ammy on principle. Ookami and Shadow of the Colossus are my favorite PS2 games, hands down.

I'm startin to feel like this game is a bit of a sellout though. I know we need new, current characters in the franchise, but they're cutting a loooooot of MvC staples out in favor of who may be more popular. And I love me some Street Fighter, but damnit there's more to the series than Ryu and Chun.
