Yesterday Tristan tells me that he wants to go away for a week this summer to a Science Summer Camp, a place where they will teach him to take care of animals, play with forensics and all sorts of other cool things.
I’m sure he will love it, but man, he’s only going to be 9. Yes, I know how ridiculous that sounds, but it’s so hard to let him travel on his own to another state and not absolutely freak out about it.
We’re probably going to give in and let him have the trip as a birthday present. Looks like I’m going to have some sleepless nights ahead of me.
