It doesn’t look like Street Fighter IV arcade cabinets are going to make it (officially) out of Japan. Ah well. If you live in Britain, come February you’ll get a chance to play one. Albeit temporarily.

Capcom are bringing a few cabinets to the UK, and will be rolling them down mainland Great Britain (sorry Northern Ireland!) throughout February. Denizens of Edinburgh, Sheffield, Hull, London and Birmingham will be taken care of, with Street Fighter merch/swag also up for grabs for those who make the trip.
