Coder Mr. Anon has somehow modified a homebrew fighting game engine to bring a bootleg version of Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting Edition to Nintendo's ancient novelty "handheld".

I'm still shocked Nintendo hasn't used the 3DS as a way to bring back Virtual Boy games.

If they gave them a better color palette, they'd probably be a lot of fun to play.
