Splinter Cell’s Director Sneaks Into LucasArts

The man who made Splinter Cell and designed Far Cry 2, Clint Hocking, has found a new home after leaving Ubisoft earlier this year, one of two recent high profile departures from the developer. Looks like he’s now at LucasArts.

Hocking’s landing at the house of Star Wars games comes via Ubisoft community developer Kimi Matsuzaki, who welcomed the former Ubisoft creative director via her Twitter, as spotted by Joystiq

The addition of Hocking to LucasArts comes not long after another high profile departure. Haden Blackman, executive producer on Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, recently made public his decision to leave LucasArts for other projects.

We’re still waiting for former Ubisoft star Patrice Desilets to announce his new home—THQ?—so that this creative shuffle can be complete.
