In Spider-Man: Edge of Time the whole of reality is warped into something darker and more sinister, all because of the death of one Peter Parker. We’re in charge of making sure it doesn’t happen again.
Or it doesn’t happen the first time. Quick frankly all this wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey stuff has my head spinning. The gist of it is this: Miguel O’Hara (Spider-Man 2099) has forged a temporal link with Peter Parker (Spider-Man 2011), and is using it to coordinate their cross-time actions in order to stop Val Kilmer from taking over the world.
To do that, Spidey 2099 must first discover the time-twisting plot, so he breaks into Alchemax Headquarters and crawls through a rather entertaining series of title credits.
The credits actually continue further along in the game, but I stopped it at Val Kilmer, as he is the alpha and the omega.
Not a bad start!
