Soulcalibur V Turned EVO 2011 Into the Stage of History

The freshly-concluded EVO 2011 wasn't just a fighting game tournament. It was a celebration of all things fighting, meaning there were things like developer panels. And where there are panels, there are gameplay videos.

These three clips for Soulcalibur V were shown over the weekend, and while the audio is from the conference floor, the video quality is just fine.

Soulcalibur V will be out on PS3 and 360 in early 2012.

The more I play my copy of Bushido Blade 2, the more these 3D-plane fighting games(which I've always loathed for some reason, especially when MK went that route), seem like major rip offs with more lighting effects added in, lol
