The art style remains intact, but the play style has changed a little bit. As mentioned in Owen's article on the game this past weekend, LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias gives the player the power to instantly switch between summer and winter, with different wind-based powers available based on whether or not the weather outside if frightful.
