An unnamed but clearly wealthy and eccentric man who lives in the "Pennsylvania countryside" has allowed photographers inside his house. Which looks like it should be sitting under Bag End.
Designed by architect Peter Archer, who worked with a "team of craftsmen" to complete the home, it was completed in 2004, and was modelled after the dwellings found in Hobbiton in Tolkien's Hobbit and Lord of the Rings stories, from the circular doors to the roof design.
There's attention to detail everywhere you look, right down to the way the home's windows are inspired "by Tolkien's own drawings".
