The Force Awakens’ biggest star didn’t make it into the Monopoly set and toys are few and far between, but look how much love Rey is getting in the upcoming Episode VII pinball table from Zen Studios.
Not only will she be appearing as a 3D figure during some of the table’s more cinematic moments, she’s front-and-center on the table proper, ready to protect Finn from all of the scary things that might make him whip off his Stormtrooper helmet and glance about nervously.
Here’s Rey instructing Finn to get his timid butt to cover while a real hero handles things.
Rey also appears in this screenshot, but I don’t want to spoil the movie for anyone.
The Force Awakens table for Pinball FX 2 and Zen Pinball 2 is actually one of two new tables being released next week in celebration of Zen Studios having the license to do such things. The second table, Might of the First Order, prominently features the movie’s main female antagonist, the shiny Captain Phasma.
The First Order-focused-table will focus on the Space Nazis’ efforts to tighten their grip on the galaxy. Plus we’ll get to relive Captain Phasma’s movie exploits in their entirety—not by playing through the game, but by looking at these two screenshots.
Ah yes, remember that time when Captain Phasma . . . moving on.
The Star Wars: The Force Awakens tables will be available for purchase everywhere Zen Studios puts digital pinball tables next week.
