Resident Evil: Revelations isn't the only BioHazard game on the way for Nintendo's latest handheld; it's been revealed at a press conference earlier today that Resident Evil: Mercenaries will also be released for the system.
It's not a new game, though; rather, it takes the popular "bonus" game modes (and maps) from Resident Evils 4 & 5, combines them and gives them their own standalone title. Only now, everything will be in 3D.

It'll also feature online multiplayer. No details on price or availability were revealed.

DISCUSSION
Wait, this is a full standalone game? I mean, I could see it working as a downloadable title or something, but a full game? Really? Mercenaries mode is fun and all for a few days after you finish a Resident Evil game, but I would never pay for it by itself.
Hopefully they don't try to charge full price for it.
