Pokémon Gold, Silver Debut Footage from Japan

Full disclosure: I do not speak or read Japanese, and I don't know a thing about Pokémon. Commenters, I'm looking to you to provide context.

Here is 16 seconds of gameplay from Heart Gold and Soul Silver which, if you are in my position, is two characters in a top-down adventure game walking in a square while people react excitedly. I'm assuming the text over the screen touts features or qualities of the remakes, which were announced (as promised) on the Pokémon Sunday television program in Japan.
