If you allow people the freedom to create things, you can count on this: sex. Just look at all the dick faces people made with Nintendo Miis. Nintendo Miis! They're the most innocuous things imaginable, and bam, cocks.
So, when you have a game like SoulCalibur V, which has been baiting hyper sexuality, you're going to get just that: hyper sexuality.
The game's character creator allows players a tremendous amount of freedom and has revealing outfits, which makes the game feel more like a digital dress-up game than, you know, a fighting game.
Creating sexy outfits is noting new—lots of games allow that. SoulCalibur V, however, is pushing the envelope by allowing players to essentially create characters with sex either attached to them (or, ahem, inserted).
These, of course, are not "sex toys", but character accessories that can be positioned to look like them. Knowing how dirty people are, it's hard to fathom Namco didn't know people would be doing this shortly after the game's release. Or maybe Namco knew and this, along with the sexy ad campaign, was part of the game's rollout. Who knows.
Some daring individual apparently figured out how to replicated private parts. I have no idea how this was done—it's supposedly not a Photoshop. In the above gallery, the image is censored, because the uncensored version is rather blunt. If you're up to it, you can see the image in the link below.
