PC Sales Charts: Where Parity Is Achieved

Amazing what a week off can do for the PC sales charts. Not only does it allow them to all catch up and be on the same week, but Steam's charts are vastly improved.

Yes, amidst all the excitement of E3 came a different kind of excitement, the kind that will kick a tyre and light a fire under sales charts enthusiasts: Valve have finally decided to release proper weekly sales charts.

Previously, we'd collated the data based on what was listed on the service's "Top Sellers" list, but Valve will now be releasing every Sunday a definitive list of the ten games that earned the most revenue over the previous seven days.

Why base it on revenue and not sales data? Presumably so Valve's Steam sales don't screw with the data too much.

Shady Balkan Subject, Drives an Alfa

UT2004 meh that is an awesome game. But with allmost all ex-PC devs they sold their souls to the devil(read it Micro$oft with Bill Gates who made his 54 fuckim billons because of the PC). Valve, Blizz and maybe EA(because of Maxis but not only)are the only who give a fuck about the PC. And that is sad. And yeah Epic you fucked it up with that crap UT3. We want UT4 but to be like 2004
