PC Sales Charts: Fallout Lingers On

With Empire: Total War nowhere to be seen on Direct2Drive's charts, there's only a single game that made the top 10 across all three outlets over the past few weeks. And it was Fallout 3!

Yes, Bethesda's RPG soldiers on, with more and more gamers each week drawn into its tale of post-apocalyptic intrigue and rat punching. Who knows. One day, it may stop inexplicably crashing and actually work on my PC.

DISCUSSION

I just saw where Steam is going to have another UTIII free weekend (preloads have started). If they have some kind of deal for the game as well, I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up on the list.

(I don't need to wait for Fallout 3 to crash; I was tearing into Painkiller earlier (yes yes, lightning and shurikens) in Vista and shortly after going into the 3rd level, it crashes...urgh).
