I actually have a question. Should I grab the Razer Deathadder or Naga? They both are in the same price range, what makes the Deathadder about the same?

(I'm a casual PC-Gamer, I do player MMO's but I'm not sure if I would enjoy the Naga? Opinions welcome.)
