Girls: Fact + Fiction is an exhibition running at the Light Grey Art Lab in Minneapolis which will be running through January 4. It's awesome. Since most of you won't be able to make it in person, though, here's a selection of some of the best pieces, most of which are available for purchase.
The show's theme is simple: a bunch of artists celebrating their favourite females, whether they be historical or fictional. So there are literary characters, yeah, but also a ton of examples from movies and games as well.
