This summer, as in the past, Universal Studios Japan will be rolling out a One Piece live-action spectacular.
The One Piece Premium Summer 2015 kicks off on July 3 and runs until September 6. As with past shows, this will be more performance (acting, singing, and dancing) based than the stunt-heavy Waterworld show. The One Piece show costumes are rather impressive and don’t exactly lend themselves to jumping into water.
This year’s show looks pretty explosive, though.
More and more, I feel like USJ should ditch a lot of the Hollywood stuff and focus even more on manga, anime, and video game inspired attractions.
